Shipping charges

Shipping to Greece is free for orders over 100 euros. For orders under 100 euros the charge is 6 euros.

Estimated delivery times should only be used as a guide and start from the date of shipment. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.

9live.gr does not bear any responsibility for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping invoice number and a link so you can keep track of the status of your order at the courier used for delivery.

Make sure there is someone who will pick it up and sign when delivering your order.

If you do not receive your order, it will be refunded after one week. In this case, there will be a refund.
